New Year, new you.
Isn’t it how the saying goes?
With every year, a new chance of starting afresh arrives. As we turn the page on the previous year, we feel readier and more eager to change. Becoming healthier and more mindful is usually a top priority on everyone’s list but what are we really doing so that becomes a reality?
Going to a yoga or wellness festival might be that extra push you need which will make sticking to your health goal a piece of cake (or a spoonful of chia pudding).
